SANS Humidity Chamber

the SANS humidity cell
Instrument Specifications:
Temperature Range10 °C to 90 °C
Humidity Range5% to 95% Rh
Can Dimensions3.00" ID, 2.6" tall
Can WindowsAluminum, 2.00" tall, 0.020" thick

The SANS humididty chamber is a general purpose humidity generator that can control relative humidity from 5% to 95% Rh in the temperature range of 10 °C to 90 °C. The humidity is controlled by heating and cooling water wells within the chamber to generate or remove humidity from the cell.

The sample temperature is controlled by circulating ethylene glycol and the wells are heated and cooled by peltier heaters controlled by a bipolar power supply. To promote condensation on the sample, the outer can is heated to above the sample temperature using band heaters.
